We live not too far away from Seattle, so we’re pretty lucky in that sense. It’s a city that makes you go “ahhh” when you get there. Hip, inclusive, bohemian and edgy all at once, it’s a great way to discover this part (Pacific Northwest) of North America. And some of the best of Seattle is in its activities. Here are just a few.

Experience the Gum Wall: Visit the iconic Gum Wall in Pike Place Market. It’s a wall covered in chewed gum that has become a quirky attraction over the years. You can add your own gum to the collection if you dare!

Chihuly Garden and Glass: Explore the Chihuly Garden and Glass exhibit

Gas Works Park: Head to Gas Works Park, located on the site of a former gasification plant. The park features industrial ruins, including the remnants of the old plant, and offers stunning views of downtown Seattle and Lake Union.

Fremont Troll: Discover the Fremont Troll, a massive sculpture located under the Aurora Bridge in the Fremont neighborhood. This quirky artwork has become a beloved symbol of the area.

Tillicum Village: Take a boat to Tillicum Village on Blake Island, located near Seattle. Immerse yourself in Native American culture, enjoy a traditional salmon bake meal, and watch performances featuring storytelling and traditional dances.
